First Snow

Yesterday was not a very good day for me, I felt tire and took a nap at noon and still not getting better. To make it even worse I had a hard time to sleep until very late. So this morning I woke up disoriented a little bit what the day is. All I remember that Dave will be home early today and I need to start to prepare the meal for this afternoon. I have been planning to make slow cooker chicken dinner, the recipe from Emeril Lagasse show on Foodnetwork sometimes ago.
As always the first thing I do every morning is open the window curtain and I found light snowing!!!! Ah!!!...I said to myself "first snow in November???"
Not long after that my mom called and checked on me how do I survive in this chill and cold weather. I know that my mom always concern about me and somehow she even more concern that now I am far away from her and living in four seasons country. Honestly I should say that I didn't experience heavy cold and flu sympton since I am moving here, like I used to have every year. This is one reason why my mom concern about me but I think I just come up with a theory that less exposing myself to the public probably help me to sustain myself from flu virus. I don't know it is true or not.
