I woke up feeling not very well yesterday morning but I forced myself to move around. I started to seal the windows with insulation to block the chill wind slide in to the house. Then I went out to walk to the groceries store that is 3 miles from the house. It was cloudy and windy day, unlike walking in summer I felt a heavy air in every steps.
On my way back home I was thinking to finish clearing up the garden for the last time before rain is coming in the evening according to the forecast. There are a lots of earth worms in the garden soil, small and huge one. It's funny because used to be I always scream whenever I see earth worms as they are a big monster although it just a disgusting feeling on that creature. I tried very hard to hold myself to not freak out and make scene to the neighbours beside that I had my garden glove on and complete outfit covering every inch of my skin including thick boot.
This is one of the reason I never did gardening before, I don't like dig the soil because I fear I will dig out the earth worms. I have learned and tolerate my disgust feeling when I saw broccoli green worms in the washing bowl also in the garden. Now I have learned to not scream when I see the earth worms, they could be a very good friend to the farmers including me if I still want to plant my garden but I couldn't help how I feel when I see them.
I have received the appointment for biometric from USCIS on the 28th of November at the nearest USCIS office in York. I checked on the map it's about 2 hours away from where we live. It's on Wednesday at 11AM and Dave really have to take day off to send me there. When I told Dave about it he didn't believe that we cannot pick or arrange another appointment that suit to our time. I asked him to check it out by calling them himself and he didn't get a very good response. Dave hates to mis working but I will take it as the chance to see another places around here. York is another county down south east pass Harrisburg, the capital of state Pennsylvania.
Today, the day started with a dull, dark, chill, and windy morning. It seems like the staying indoor season has started.
